How long in advance should I place my order?
Due to the fact that each of our products are made to order, we strongly encourage brides that live in the USA to place an order at least 2 to 3 months prior to their wedding date. For international brides please purchase 3 to 4 months prior to your set date. We don’t want to add any unnecessary stress to our brides, so please order sooner rather than later to ensure any problem that might arise with shipping or custom clearance.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Mint Lola is a small bridal accessories atelier and hence don’t carry an inventory. Each item is made to order and production will start only after order is placed. Order will approximately ship 4-6 weeks after purchase. Please note that turnaround time is our best estimate and does not include shipping time needed to arrive to your destination. For anything sooner, you must email us first and based on our availability we will let you know if rush order can be accommodated. As always, we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Mint Lola designs can be shipped all over the world. Import tax and duties are the buyers responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We am sorry but we can not mark our packages as a gift or a lesser purchase value. Also, we can not be held responsible for shipments that are delayed because of custom clearance or for packages that have been lost in transit. Please plan ahead and place your order on time. Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
What are your shipping costs and methods?
USPS Priority, 3-5 business days, $12 (USA only)
USPS Express, 1-2 days, $30 (USA only)
USPS Priority International, 7-10 days, $20 (Canada)
USPS Priority International, 10-20 days, $30 (worldwide)
Note for all buyers: The shipping times exclude 4-6 weeks of production time that is needed to create all made to order items. We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once parcel leaves our studio.
Do you offer shipping discount on multiple items?
Yes, shipping discount will be honored if multiple items are purchased together in one transaction. Please send us email at email@example.com and we’ll gladly combine your shipping and send you refund for any difference in shipping.

Do you accept returns?
We are a very small studio. All items are individually handmade specially for you and we are sorry to say that we can not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Please choose your items carefully and let us know if you have any question prior to your purchase.
Can I place a custom order with you?
Yes! We love custom orders and we'll be happy to work with you to create something truly special. For small alterations on most of our designs there is no additional charge. For something truly unique, we invite you to work with us on customized order. Custom design fees depend on the materials used and time needed to create desired piece. We will ensure that every detail is exactly as you want it. If you would like to place a custom order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All custom orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! Most of the time we are be able to accommodate a rush order for an additional fee of $35. During the wedding season we are very busy so before you place your order please confirm with us at email@example.com to ensure that we can fulfill your order by requested date.
